For many years, Clifton Quilters have proudly supported The Bristol Children’s Help Society holiday camp at Barton Camp in the Mendips. Our dedicated members create comforting quilts, cushions, and pillows that are given to children upon their arrival – gifts they treasure and take home with them. These handmade treasures offer more than warmth; they bring solace and a sense of security to children facing difficult circumstances.
It is truly heartening to see some of the children return year after year, clutching the well-loved quilts we made for them, worn from years of comfort and companionship. This lasting connection is a powerful reminder that what we do makes a real difference in their lives.
